Director:Captain Sherwood Shaplin
For the next 20 years he was a soloist and instructor for many Eastern Drum & Bugle Corps., including The Wind Gap Blue Eagles, The Reading Buccaneers,
The Roseto Chieftains, and the New York City Skyliners. 
For the last 5 years, Captain Shaplin has been volunteering his time in the Royal Rangers program. This program works with boys Kindergarden to High School Seniors. The programs are designed to help each
boy grow physically,mentally, spiritually, and socially.
On the local level, Captain Shaplin teaches at a Outpost 64 in Nazareth, PA, working with the Expedition Rangers, ages nineth grade to Seniors. On the Sectional level, Captain Shaplin is a past Sectional Training Coordinator for the Eastern Central Section of the Penn-Del District.
His responsibilty was to work with all the adult Commanders in the section to become the best trained Commanders that they could be. Commander Shaplin also acted as an instructor at Junior Training Camps.

Cadet Review Editor:
Captain Rachel Brown has been a member of the IFT for about three years. She is the Commanding Officer of the USS Quasar. Along with editing the Cadet Review, she is also the Editor of Voyages.
Captain Brown graduated from Rider University, NJ in 2002 with a degree in Sociology.
She has served in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard for 7 years in the Intelligence Corps. She is now working for the US Navy as a civilian contractor.
Captain Brown also owns Sam, a therapy dog. They make trips to nursing homes, hospitals, and troubled youth homes. Sam loves to see the smile on people's faces when he visits. He also makes special trips to local Science Fiction conventions to help raise money for Children International, an organization that helps children who live in impoverished areas.
