IFT
Executive Ambassador - Wayne Sexton (Commodore)
Executive Ambassador (Director)
Duties: Facilitate friendly relations between IFT HQ, the IFT Diplomatic Corps, and
all other fan organizations
no matter what "Species" the organization is, whenever the need arises
Maintaining the Diplomatic Corps website
Monthly reports from the Diplomatic
Corps will be due to the IFT Council, by the 20th of each month. These reports
must include a listing of all organizations that we are currently in contact
with, currently attempting contact with, and who we at one time made contact
with, and no longer have contact with. Also included will be summary
information of all Diplomatic Communiqués that the Diplomatic Corps has sent and
received from other fandom organizations.
Initiating pacts and treaties,
organizing various inter-fandom activities, and newsletter exchanges between
organizations.
Recruit members to serve in the
Diplomatic Corps.
Submit all treaties to the IFT Council
when the treaty is ready for submission.
Oversee the development of Diplomatic
Corps related courses for the IFT Academy, and submit them to the Academy
Commandant when the course is ready to be issued to IFT members taking courses.
Biography: Commodore Wayne Sexton is the Commanding Officer of the
USS Agamemnon NFC 7801, located in
Anderson, IN, and the
IFT GEO 1 Commanding Officer. He also assists the
IFT Academy in developing courses for the School of Alien Cultures,
under Commandant Jill Rayburn, and generally helps out where ever needed.
IFT
International Ambassador - Ilona Solinska (Captain)
Assistant Executive
Ambassador (Assistant Director)
Duties: Facilitate friendly relations between the IFT Diplomatic Corps and other fan organizations
whenever the need arises.
Submit
a monthly status report to the Executive Ambassador before the 20th of the month
to be included in the Diplomatic Corps Monthly Report to IFT Headquarters.
Included in this report is a listing of all organizations that we are currently
in contact with, currently attempting contact with, and who we at one time made
contact with, and no longer have contact with. Also included will be
summary information of all Diplomatic Communiqués that the Diplomatic Corps has
sent and received from other fandom organizations.
Maintain
contact between the IFT Executive Ambassador and the International fandom
community by initiating pacts and treaties, organizing various inter-fandom
activities, and newsletter exchanges between international fan organizations.
Assist in the recruitment of Ambassadors to the Diplomatic
Corps.
Assist in the development
of Diplomatic Corps related courses for the IFT Academy.
Biography: Captain
Ilona Solinska in addition to her work with the Diplomatic Corps is also the Commanding Officer of the
USS
Fortuna NFC 0606, located in Melbourne, Victoria Australia. She is
also the IFT GEO 51 Commanding Officer
IFT Ambassador for North and South America
Romulan- Brent Boehler (Commodore)
Duties: Facilitate friendly relations between the IFT Diplomatic Corps and
Romulan fan organizations
whenever the need arises.
Maintain
contact between the IFT Executive Ambassador and all Romulan Fan Based
organizations located in North and South America
Biography: Commodore Brent Boehler in addition to his work
with the Diplomatic Corps is also the Commanding Officer of the
USS Valiant
NFC-2021, located in Tamaroa (Du Quoin), IL US. He is also the Director of
IFT Ship Services, and the Director of the IFT Commendations Advisory Board
IFT
Ambassador for North and South America Klingon - Nicholas May (Captain)
Duties: Facilitate friendly relations between the IFT Diplomatic Corps and
Klingon fan organizations whenever the need arises.
Maintain contact between the IFT Executive Ambassador and all Klingon Fan Based
organizations located in North and South America
Biography: Sr. Commander May, in addition to his work with the Diplomatic Corps,
is also the Executive Officer
of the
USS Agamemnon NFC 7801, located in Indianapolis, IN, and the
IFT GEO 1
Executive Officer. He also holds the positions of Deputy Chief of
Security of the IFT Federation Security Corps, and the Director of the
IFT Fleet Merit Awards
