 | Logo - How to design - We agreed on a logo
that incorporates our chapter name and registry
# and that has a picture of a galaxy for the
background and a starship. |
| Flyers - We agreed to go ahead and put
together our own. I will start today or
tomorrow. We also discussed where we want
to leave them and places that we already have
permission to. |
| Uniforms - We agreed that officers will be
required to wear uniforms at all chapter
functions including insignia (pips, communicator
pin, etc). All other members will not be
required to wear uniforms but can if they wish. |
| Charities - We agreed on 3 charities cancer
society, Alzheimer's foundation and St. Jude's.
Raffle items - We discussed items to auction off
and sell to earn money for the donation fund.
Things we suggested include: Star Trek items,
T-shirts and mouse pads. Also, we could
hold a woman-less beauty pageant. |
| Membership fees - We agreed to charge a
nominal chapter fee in addition to the IFT
membership fee. We did not agree on an
amount but mentioned $10.00 as a suggested fee
per year. However, we need to clear this
through IFT Command. |
| Getting supplies for conventions and local
events we intend to attend - No concrete plans
as of yet. |
| No new members at this point. |
