Useful chapter resources:

1. To create a Chapter Logo
- IFT Graphics Department - Director
Vicki Shipley: She and her staff can help you create a ship logo,
or take an existing one and improve upon it.
2. To create or host a Chapter Website
-
Space Station 51 -
Captain
Anthony Haslage: He and his staff can help you set up the basics of
a chapter website hosted for free on Space Station 51. This service has no
attached ads or pop-ups. He will not create the website for you, but he does
have 3 templates you can choose from and useful scripts that can be used on
each page. You can also transfer an existing website to SS51.
3. To create a Chapter Manual
- USS Nathan Hale
- Captain Nathan Gastineau,
who is also GEO 5 Commanding Officer: His ship has a well-established
and thorough officer's manual, and he would be more than willing to send you
a copy of it to use as a base for your own manual. The Ulysses used the Nathan
Hale's, which was modified for their own, as have many other ships, including
the Star Phoenix, etc.
4. Aid with Chapter Reports
5. Yahoo (online) groups
- Please make sure to tap into this valuable resource if you and your crew
have the means. Yahoo groups (and other online communities) are an invaluable
way of promoting your own ship's events, meetings, etc. In this way, you have
a one-stop resource for contacting your entire crew (if you create a group
for your ship), and as many ships, GEOs, and IFT itself, have a Yahoo group,
you can interact and stay up to date with all local, GEO, and IFT-wide events
and announcements.
