  • To assist New Chapters joining the GEO and those chapters who are experiencing difficulties
  • Contact every chapter once a month, make final decisions, complete the GEO 5 report, and other duties as needed.

    • Biography: Captain Nathan Gastineau is also the CO of the USS Nathan Hale, located in San Bernardino, CA.
