Account Sign-up Terms of Service:
1. You and your chapter must be part of the International Federation of Trekkers.
2. You must have permission from the commanding officer of your chapter before you can apply for hosting, however forums and the IFTCCA do not require such permission for access.
3. Once account hosting, forum or IFTCCA access is granted, your password must not be shared with anyone.
4. Content of hosted accounts or forum user posts must not contain questionable or extreme content such as material which is adult, hate driven or anti-cultural.
5. We reserve the right to remove a hosted account, forum or IFTCCA user at any time without warning if content breaches the ToS, however that is a scenario for an extreme case.
6a. For chapter web site hosting, utilize the form above by selecting "IFT Communities" as the recipient and "Account Sign-Up" as the subject. Include the name of the chapter and the email in which account information should be sent.
6b. The forums and IFTCCA currently do not require any extra steps to make an account, so there is no need to be using this form to set up one of those accounts.
