Security Clearance onboard the U.S.S. Olympic is strictly for role-play purposes. The higher the clearance, the more access you have to ship’s systems. What you may access is determined by the ship’s computer and by those officers with Level 4 or 5 Security Clearance.

LEVEL 5
Level 5 Security Clearance is "Captain’s eyes only." It is mostly used when classified messages, such as mission orders are sent to the Olympic.

LEVEL 4
This level is held by the three top officers and by the Chief of Security. It mostly protects information about high-level engineering systems, weapons systems, and top secret files.

LEVEL 3
Level 3 Security Clearance is held by Department Heads and Staff members. It protects mid-level engineering system and information regarding current mission status.

LEVEL 2
This level is held by junior officers, enlisted personnel, and cadets. It provides the holder with access to most workstations and information that is on a need-to-know basis.

LEVEL 1
This level of clearance is for civilians and visiting diplomats. It provides access to the ship’s library computer.
