The most important announcement for
this month is our annual away mission to Universal
Studios Hollywood, Jurassic Trek on August
28, 2004!! This will be the Ulysses' and Nathan
Hale's 4th annual event, and with Star Trek fans participating
in Florida, this will be the first time Jurassic Trek
will be national as well. :-)
A new logo is designed each year,
and above you will see what was created for this
year's event. Members of the Ulysses, including myself,
worked hard to make it as great as it is! Yes, I'm
biased. ;-)
This year has also seen a dramatic
growth in not only participation but in Jurassic Trek
items. For the first time ever, we have added the
black windbreaker, with the Jurassic Trek logo embroidered
on the back. We have also added patches, one logo
patch and a claw mark patch for every year that you
attend.
If you are interested in participating,
please join the Jurassic
Trek Yahoo Group. Those of us on the Ulysses
and Nathan Hale will be carpooling to the event. We
will be meeting all others at the entrance in front
of the Universal City Globe between 9:00 and 9:30
am!
